![]() ![]() I've added this hotel to my cellphone as it will be a preferred hotel when I need to stay close to the train station or need a comfortable place to work for a day between visits to other cities in India. Also ate a meal across the street at the Copper Restaurant which is same menu and operated by same folks. Nice desk and chair in the room so a good working room with excellent wifi connection. The hotel staff came and said just let the water run. For us the time was so long that we called the desk. A colleague in 104 said only 10-15 minutes. The only negative is that it too about 20-30 minutes of running the hot water in the shower and tap for hot water to reach our room. ![]() It may be that our room was in the core of the hotel so no windows to the street, only to the ventilation/light shaft that is a popular construction style in India. Our room was quiet, a big surprise considering the noise on the street and the train station nearby. The rooms are very modern and the baths excellent. I've paid much more in Delhi for less comfort. While the area around the hotel is old and maybe viewed as a risk when you are going there, The Hotel Aura is very nice and a great value.
